Terms of Service

The agreement between you and TripUnio.

The service

TripUnio is a planning workspace for creating itineraries, organizing routes and reservations, collaborating with a group, and tracking trip details. It does not operate airlines, hotels, venues, transport services, or booking marketplaces.

Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials and invite links, and activity carried out through your account. Tell TripUnio promptly if you believe an account or shared trip has been accessed without permission.

Your trips and content

You keep ownership of the content you add. You give TripUnio a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and to share it with collaborators you choose.

Group collaboration

Inviting someone gives them the access shown in the product and may allow them to edit shared trip information. Choose collaborators carefully, review changes before relying on them, and do not add another person's sensitive information without permission.

AI-assisted planning

AI suggestions may be incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review important details such as entry rules, accessibility, opening times, routes, prices, weather, safety guidance, and reservation terms with official sources before acting.

Bookings and third-party services

Links, prices, flight data, maps, and availability may come from third parties. If you book or purchase through another service, the transaction is between you and that provider and its terms, fees, refund rules, and privacy policy apply.

Public guides

A private trip is not public by default. If an eligible owner chooses to publish, TripUnio creates a privacy-checked public version. The owner must have the right to publish its content and may withdraw the guide, subject to reasonable processing and cache-clearing time.

Acceptable use

Do not use TripUnio to break the law, harm or deceive others, interfere with the service, probe security without permission, scrape at unreasonable volume, upload malicious code, infringe rights, or publish private or unlawful material.

Availability and changes

Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or events outside TripUnio's control. TripUnio may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

Travel decisions and warranties

Travel involves changing conditions and personal risk. TripUnio provides the service and its planning information on an as-available basis and does not guarantee that every suggestion, price, schedule, route, or availability result is complete or current.

Ending use

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. TripUnio may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations, security risk, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination remain effective.
